How does the order process work? TOP
Upon choosing and purchasing your design, it will take approximately 1-2 business days for us to create your file. The files will then be sent to the email address associated with your order. If any changes need to be made please allow up to 24 hours in between each revision.
What file type should I choose for my printable design? TOP
The file format you go with depends on how and where you want to get your design printed. We break down our recommendations below:
PDF | Great for sending to
professional online printers and professional local printers.
Recommended for when you want to print on card stock.
PDF with two saved to the page
| Great for printing at home or sending to local printers like Kinkos,
Staples, etc. to save paper (and money!). Recommended for when you want
to print on card stock.
JPG
| Great for photo printers (Target, Walmart, etc. . . . basically the same
places you would get your regular photos printed at) or for at home
photo printers that can "print to the edge".
Are the DIY web graphics packages right for my blog? TOP
We understand that it may sound scary to DIY your blog, especially if you have never done it before. If you are on blogger and specifically one of blogger's newer templates (from March/April '10 and after) we promise it is easy peasy. It literally is just a matter of uploading the files and then customizing the colors & fonts through blogger's template designer. Are DIY Social Media graphics right for my blog?
Will you install a blog/website/facebook/twitter design for me? TOP
Please note we no longer offer any installation services or website support.
Can I have a web designer install my DIY social media web graphics for me? TOP
Yes absolutely! You are more than welcome to purchase the DIY files and then hand them over to a pro so they can do the install. The only stipulation is that you must let the web designer know that the copyright & design remains with Erin Bradley/Ink Obsession Designs and they may not reuse the files on any other clients or at any other point in time.
I ordered clip art or a non-personalized item and didn't receive an instant download. TOP
Unfortunately we do not have an automatic digital download system set up on the website (although instant downloads are available on our other site - Erin Bradley Designs)
All clip art/digital paper/photoshop template/non-personalized orders will be emailed with a download link within 24 hours of paying (and most likely sooner than that).
Can you print my order for me? If so, how much? TOP
Unfortunately we no longer have any printing services and only offer the printable designs. If you think this may work for you we do have some printing tips at the link below:

What is your refund policy? TOP
Due
to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
It is imperative that you double and triple check your printable designs for
accuracy prior to sending them to print. We are not responsible for any
customer errors (i.e. entering the wrong date, phone number, etc. on
the order form).
With that in mind, however, if an error has been made we will correct that for you at no charge.
It has been more than 2 business days and I haven't seen my order. Why? TOP
If you haven't seen your printable/graphic design order within 2 business days please double check your spam folder and also the email address on your order form to make sure it was correct. If you are still unable to find it, you can log into the link below:
Order Status
with your order number and email address. A downloadable link for your products will be posted in the "Notes" section at the bottom of this page. Please note you will most likely have to copy and paste the URL link into a new browser window to get the new page to open up.
Will you do a custom design for me? TOP
While we love custom work, our current schedule does not allow for it and we are not accepting any custom orders at this time.
Can I change the colors and fonts on a design? TOP
No, at this time colors and fonts cannot be changed on any of the designs. All colors, fonts & layouts are as shown.
I like a particular invitation, but want a different size. TOP
At this time sizes cannot be changed on any of the printable designs. They are currently available in 4" x 6" or 5" x 7" sizes.
Can you please call me to discuss an order? TOP
As
we
are an online company and do not have a retail shop, all
correspondence is communicated via email or through our online proofing
system.

Will you sell wholesale? TOP
We are no longer accepting wholesale customers.
Can I buy your templates? TOP
Yes and no. While the majority of our designs are not available for sale we do have a selection of Photoshop Templates that are available for both personal and commercial use.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
We ship worldwide! Our printable designs & graphic design services are sent via email and therefore do not have any shipping charges.
