How does the ordering process work? TOP
Within 24-48 hours of placing your order you will receive a proof via email to review and approve. If any changes are necessary a revised proof will be sent to you. Regular card stock orders will ship within 2-5 business days of proof approval and wedding invitation orders will ship within 7-10 business days. Please note that printed orders will not be processed until the proof has been approved.
What is Solid Ink? TOP
Solid ink is a revolutionary printing style, superior to standard ink jet and laser printers. The eco friendly non-toxic solid ink blocks produce a vibrant image with 90% less waste to the environment. All card stock printing (which is the majority of my printed products save for photo cards) is done with a solid ink press.
Can I get a sample before ordering? TOP
Only
card stock samples (i.e. anything other than photo announcements) are
available at this time. Samples are available for purchase at the link

Please note samples will not be personalized.
Can I get a sample with my information printed on it? TOP
The samples you receive will look like the example shown on the website. They will not be personalized with your information.
Do you place your logo on the invitations? TOP
The Ink Obsession Designs logo is printed on the back of almost everything except for some wedding related items such as wedding invitations and wedding reply cards
Will you send me a proof of the design before printing? TOP
No orders will ever be printed until I receive your final approval on the design. Proofs are emailed to the address you provided in your order form within 24-48 hours.
It has been more than 48 hours and I haven't seen my proof. Why? TOP
If you haven't seen a proof from me within 48 hours, please double check your spam folder. If the email is still not there, please verify that the correct email address was listed on your order form or contact me at info@inkobsessiondesigns.com.
Can I buy your templates? TOP
Only photoshop templates are available for sale. I do not sell any of my other designs under any circumstances.
How do you ship? TOP
Currently I only ship through the USPS.
First class shipments generally take 3-7 days to arrive, however they have been known to take longer, especially during the holiday season.
Priority mail has a 2-3 days transit time, but is not guaranteed.
Express mail is the only guaranteed service and shipments arrive overnight to most locations but may take 2 days to some zip codes.
You will receive a delivery confirmation number through PayPal once your order has shipped. You can also view the order status here.
Additionally please note that these shipping times are in addition to the proofing and processing times as noted on the individual design pages.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
Absolutely! Just choose the "International" shipping option at the checkout. Most international orders arrive in 7-10 days after the order has shipped, however this time is not guaranteed.
Will you do a custom design for me? TOP
While I love doing custom work, my current schedule does not allow for it and I am not accepting any custom orders at this time.
Can I change the colors and fonts on a design? TOP
No, at this time colors and fonts cannot be changed on any of the designs.
I like a particular invitation, but want a different size. TOP
At this time sizes cannot be changed on any of the designs.
What is your refund policy? TOP
Due to the nature of this business I do not accept any refunds. It is imperative that you review your proof carefully for any typos or changes you may want made PRIOR to printing. Once your final approval has been given on the design, no further changes can be made.
