How does the ordering process work? TOP
Within 1-2 business days of placing your order you will receive a proof via email to review and approve. If any changes are necessary a revised proof will be sent to you. Once the design has been approved your order will be printed in house and shipped within 3-5 business days.
What is Solid Ink? TOP
We're so glad you asked!
All of the
printing is done in house on an extremely environmentally friendly
solid ink press. This printing process differentiates Ink Obsession
from the majority of other handmade stationery boutiques in the
industry. Non-toxic solid ink blocks (not toners or pigmented inks) are
heated up and are literally melted to the page. This method produces an
extremely vibrant image and 90% less waste to the environment. This
also creates a raised ink effect on the majority of the text (although please note the raised ink technique varies from design to design depending on the color of ink used).
Can I get a sample before ordering? TOP

Please note samples are not personalized and they are not available on our stationery and return address label lines.
Can I get a sample with my information printed on it? TOP
The samples you receive will look like the example shown on the website. They will not be personalized with your information.
Do you place your logo on the paper goods? TOP
Yes. The Ink Obsession Designs logo and website are preprinted on the back of all invitations & announcements.
Is there a minimum order requirement? TOP
No, we don't have any minimums, but orders of 10 or more are always appreciated.
Will you send me a proof of the design before printing? TOP
No orders will ever be printed until I receive your final approval on the design. Proofs are emailed to the email address you provided on your order form within 24-48 hours.
It has been more than 2 business days and I haven't seen my proof. Why? TOP
If you haven't seen a proof within 2 business days please double check your spam folder and also the email address on your order form to make sure it was correct. If you are still unable to find it, you can log into the link below:

using your order number and email address and the link to your proof will be posted in the "Notes" section at the bottom of this page. Please note you will most likely have to copy and paste the URL link into a new browser window to get the proof to open up.
Can I buy your templates? TOP
No. None of our designs are for sale at this time. We also do not sell individual graphics.
How do you ship? TOP
We
ship worldwide! Please note that the transit times listed below are
estimates only and do not include processing times on proofs and
printing.
If you have an extremely time sensitive order and
are in the United States, we recommend Express shipping as that is the
only guaranteed service. Unfortunately we don't offer any expedited
international options at this time.
Our domestic (United States) services are:
USPS First Class (3-7 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days)
USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days guaranteed)
Our international (including Canada) service is:
USPS Priority International (7-14 business days)
Do you ship internationally? TOP
Absolutely! Just choose the "Canada" or "Outside US/Int'l" shipping option at the checkout. Most international orders arrive in 7-14 days after the order has shipped, however this time frame is not guaranteed.
Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees.
Will you do a custom design for me? TOP
While we love custom work, our current schedule does not allow for it and we are not accepting any custom orders at this time.
Can I change the colors and fonts on a design? TOP
No, at this time colors and fonts cannot be changed on any of the designs.
I like a particular invitation, but want a different size. TOP
At this time sizes cannot be changed on any of the designs.
What is your refund policy? TOP
Due
to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
It is imperative that you double and triple check your proof for
accuracy prior to it going to print. We are not responsible for any
customer errors (i.e. entering the wrong date, phone number, etc. on
the order form). In the event a customer mistake has been found after
the order has gone to print, please contact us within 3 days of
receiving your order and we will reprint your design at 75% of the
original cost.
Will you sell wholesale? TOP
Yes! To apply for a wholesale account, please click on the wholesale link on the right. Please note that at this time we are only accepting applications from brick & mortar shops.
Can you please call me to discuss an order? TOP
As
we
are an online company and do not have a retail shop, all
correspondence is communicated via email or through our online proofing
system.

Didn't you use to sell Graphic Design? TOP
We have closed our graphic design shop to focus on Ink Obsession and are no longer offering any graphic design services. In the event you need a revision or a matching product to match an existing design, we do still offer a few "Made-to-Match" graphics which can be found at the link below:

Can I steal/copy your designs, website content and more? TOP
I know this sounds like a crazy question to even write, but the truth is this happens and it is NOT okay. Please do not copy my content, html code, designs or anything else. You'll notice I have a little message at the bottom of my website that states:
"Designs protected under United States copyright law.
Any attempt to recreate and distribute these designs will be prosecuted
to the full extent of the law."
There is enough talent out there for everyone in the stationery world to have their own piece of the pie. Be inspired and carve out a style of your own. Plus you know that little thing called karma? I'm pretty sure that is real and if it isn't, my lawyers are.
