I’m Erin, the designer behind the Ink Obsession line of invitations, announcements & personalized stationery.
I’ve been designing professionally since 2001, but in the corporate world I felt my creativity was stifled. Bright colors and whimsical graphics were big no-no’s. I began Ink Obsession as a way to express my creative style. A year later I’d left the corporate world for good.
One of the best parts of what I do now is the creative process. The majority of the artwork that is displayed on this website has been designed and digitally illustrated by me.
You may have seen my work before. Previously I'd designed for a major publishing house, and later my designs ran in several local (Chicagoland) venues on t.v., in billboards and print. My ad campaigns have also been featured on a national level in media outlets such as the Chicago Tribune, Midwest Home and LUXE.
