By placing an order at Ink Obsession Designs you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:


CORRESPONDENCE
As we are an online company and do not have a retail shop, all correspondence is communicated via email. If you have a question regarding an order that has already been placed you can always send an email to orderinquiries@inkobsessiondesigns.com and we will get back to you promptly.


BUSINESS HOURS
While our online shop is never closed we typically only process orders & reply to emails during the following times:

Studio Hours  •  M-F  •  10:00-3:00 central time

Weekends & holidays • Off

Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply on general inquiries.



PRINTABLE DESIGNS & GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES
When typesetting your order, we sometimes have to make tiny adjustments to spacing depending on the text you want to include. We also design orders in the same manner in which they are shown on the website (i.e. same fonts, same colors, etc). If a design is shown in all lower case or all upper case that is the only way it is available at this time. In some cases we can make adjustments to capitalization, but not in all. Please contact us before ordering if you want to change the case (upper or lower case) on a design to make sure we can accommodate your request.


CLIPART, DIGITAL PAPERS & PHOTOSHOP TEMPLATES
Please note we currently do not have an instant download system set up on our website so these items are sent by a download link via email within 24 hours of purchase. If you are in a rush you can visit Erin Bradley Designs where we are set up for instant downloads.


RETURNS
Due to the personalized & digital nature of our products, returns are not accepted. It is imperative that you double and triple check your order for accuracy prior to sending anything to print (should you be ordering a printable product). We are not responsible for any customer errors (i.e. entering the wrong date, phone number, etc. on the order form). In the event a customer mistake has been found after the order has been finalized, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your file(s) and we will correct the error for you at no charge.


CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event a printable/graphic design order has to be canceled prior to the design work beginning, we will issue a refund in full. Once we have started on the personalization we will not be able to cancel the order. If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately at orderinquiries@inkobsessiondesigns.com and put your order number in the subject of the email.


COLORS
Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product as all monitors display color differently. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.


PRIVACY POLICY & PAYMENTS
All information is kept confidential and will never be given or sold to a third party.

All payments are processed through a secure sever by Paypal. Please note you do not have to have a Paypal account to pay. When you get to the Paypal payment screen you can just choose the credit card option and pay by Visa or MasterCard.



THE FINE PRINT
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time in the ordering process.

The collection also includes graphic design items and services for personal and commercial use including logos, business card designs, blog and website templates, etsy shop sets, photoshop templates, clipart and digital paper packs.

Designs protected under United States copyright law. Any attempt to recreate and distribute these designs will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
